The Third Cleveleys Car Show took place on Sunday 8th June 2014.
The show was opend by Paul Maynard MP at 10am on Sunday morning 8th June.
Introduced by a brass band, Paul said a few words to declare the big day open, before having a look at the headline sponsor's stand, Skoda Simpson, and being entertained by lookalike magicians Laurel and Hardy - watch out for your wallet Mr Maynard!
Paul selected his favourite car for the day, which received one of the awards presented at the close of the day by the Mayor and Mayoress Elect Councillor Ron Shewan and Mrs Brenda Shewan, who were at the show from 3pm onwards.
Other highlights on the day were model helicopters, Salsa dancing demonstration (did you have a dance in the crowd?), brass bands, side stalls, live music throughout the day and a closing church service with hymns - plus of course hundreds of cars.
It was a fantastic atmosphere - the town was packed from end to end with thousands of people all enjoying themselves, the live music was excellent and it was a superb day out for the family.
